Accessibility statement
Last updated
CTRL Reality, Inc. wants ctrlreality.ai to work for everyone, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, screen zoom or a small phone. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We have not had an outside audit, and we do not claim that the site meets every requirement. This page says what we checked, where we know the site still falls short, and how to tell us about a problem.
What we checked
We checked these on October 16, 2026, on the version of the site this statement was published with:
- Keyboard. Every link, button, menu and form can be reached and used with a keyboard. The phone menu keeps focus inside while it is open and closes with Escape. Dialogs close with Escape and send focus back to where you were.
- Skip link. A Skip to content link is the first stop when you press Tab on any page.
- Visible focus. Every element you reach with Tab shows an outline.
- Tap targets. On phones, the buttons, the menu, the footer links and the form fields are at least 44 pixels tall. Links inside paragraphs are at least 24 pixels tall.
- Small screens. All 27 pages, checked at 360, 390 and 430 pixels wide, fit the screen with no sideways scrolling.
- Reduced motion. If your device asks for less motion, the fade-in effects, the moving background glow and smooth scrolling are turned off.
- Forms. Every field has a label. A field that needs a fix says so right under it, and the first one to fix gets focus.
- Themes. The site has a dark and a light theme, with a switch in the header and in the phone menu.
- Cookie banner. It works with a keyboard, it does not block the page, and you can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
- Automated check. Lighthouse gives the home page an accessibility score of 100 on mobile.
Known limits
- The 3D figure on the home page. It is decorative and carries no information, and it is hidden from screen readers. It keeps moving even when your device asks for less motion.
- The demo video. It has English captions, on by default. There is no separate text transcript yet.
- Other companies' tools. The booking scheduler on the Book a call page is run by Cal.com, and the Ask AI buttons open other companies' assistants. We do not control how accessible those are. If the scheduler does not work for you, email us and we will set up a time by email.
- The client platform. This statement covers ctrlreality.ai. The client platform at app.ctrlreality.ai is checked separately.
Report a problem
Email contact@ctrlreality.ai with the page address and what went wrong. We answer within 2 business days. If you need something from the site in another format, ask and we will send it.
How we keep it working
We test with a keyboard, with Lighthouse and with browser tests at phone and desktop sizes, and we fix what we find. When the site changes, we check it again and update this statement.
